Definitions

Consilio falls under the regulatory jurisdiction of the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC); and, as such, is subject to the full investigatory and enforcement powers the agency possesses.

Collection of Personal Information
At times, particularly when you order products or request information in response to an e-mail advertising products or services from the consilio.com Web site, Consilio may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form.
